UNDERNEATH THE ARCHES

This year’s Glasgow Film Festival promises to feature some Shindig!-friendly events. On Thursday 24th April The Memory Band perform the whole of Paul Giovanni’s score to the 1973 folk-horror classic The Wicker Man. The following night seminal Italian prog soundtrack merchants Goblin play a rare live set and on Saturday various Glasgow pop luminaries pay tribute to the work of Ennio Morricone in an event called Mondo Morricone.

Goblin

Add a whole heap of weird and wonderful cinematic and musical happenings and it looks like a winner to us.
